  • Single Items purchases have 7 Day return policy from the date of receipt, so you can try it.

  • Multiple Items orders sales are final and not refundable.  Try one First.

  • Our products are Plug 'n Play, simple to install, working right out of the box for your complete satisfaction

  • All our products are covered by 5 Year Limited Standard Warranty, and you can access our tech support as needed and for free as above.

  • During the first 7 Days you can always initiate the return process, by opening a ticket on pvisupport.com 

  • Shipping Costs are not refundable

  • After 7 Days from the product delivery, sale is final and return is no more possible.

  • Items Returned missing of the original packaging, accessories, or damaged, will be subject to a restock fee to be determinate depending from the damages and/or missing parts. 
    In case, photos of the returned product will be taken and sent to you for your verification.

  • Digital HD & 4K Encoders can only be received by Digital HD & 4K Televisions.  Old Analog Televisions will not receive digital signals.
